Community Cardio Sessions

Everyone Deserves to be Healthy.

That's why fitness is free!

Join the coaches every Saturday at 8am for our social run club. Open to members, non-members, family and friends alike. You'll find us at North Harbour Reserve under the ROME flag. We run to Manly Wharf and back along the beautiful Fairlight walkway, plus we have three turnaround points so you can adjust the distance to your level. We always finish off with a coffee and chill out at Tuckeroo Cafe back at the park. No sign-ups, payments or admin. Just come find us at the starting point. And don't be late!

Our class cap of 12 and low coach to member ratios are designed to run like personal training without the price tag. However, if you are just starting out, or have a specific goal you want to maximise progress towards, our coaches would love to help out.
